This is a great program for clearing out all the useless cookies and cache data, which will improve the speed of your web browser and computer.
Where to get CCleaner:
1) Visit the main website: http://www.pirifo...m/ccleaner
2) Click the green Download button shown in this image (Circled in red):

3) Next, click on the Piriform.com's download mirror shown in the red circle:

4) After few seconds, a window will pop out allowing you to start the download, so go ahead and click on Save File:

If a window doesn't pop up within a minute, then click the underlined green sentence saying restart the download.
**** READ THIS FIRST **** Since I'm using Mozilla Firefox to surf the net, I only checked to delete Internet Cache, Cookies, Session, Site Preferences, and Compact Databases. I left Internet History and Download History unchecked because I sometimes use the Internet History and Download History to go back to my favorite Youtube videos along with the downloaded files that I didn't organize after downloading. But you can check it if you really don't need your web browsing History along with the Download History saved. As for the web browsers that I don't need/use such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, then I would have them all checked. For the important type of Applications such as Xfire, Steam, Media Players, and others, I left them unchecked because for example, if I had Xfire checked, it will not only delete all my saved chatlogs but would also delete the username and saved password that I use to log onto my Xfire. It is also very important to have Windows Log Files under the System option unchecked, so then it would not delete all the saved dates in System Restore.
Once you've downloaded and installed it, make sure you have the following checked and unchecked as shown in the images below:

(Make sure your web browser or any other apps are closed as the cleaning process takes place.)
When every thing is set, you're now ready to click on Run Cleaner:

Wait for the cleaning process to reach at 100% and finally you're all set.
If you can't see the images well from here, right click and click View Image to zoom it in from imgur's upload.

I have and use Glary Utilities and use Disk Cleanup/Defragmenter. Is CCleaner better or just about the same as one of the other things I use to clean my computer up?

I haven't used Glary Utilities, but I've used Disk Cleanup/Defragmenter before as that's a default Windows cleaner. Although I prefer CCleaner over Windows default Disk Cleanup/Defragmenter and it is favored by the majority that use it as well.

Since I never used the Enhancer addon, I wouldn't mind if you posted a tutorial on how to use that along with what it does/how it works.
Edit: I meant to click quote to your post, and accidentally hit edit. Sorry, lol.

CCEnhancer is a small tool which adds support for over 1,000 new programs into the popular program CCleaner. The tool uses the winapp2.ini system built into CCleaner to easily add new rules and definitions for programs. The rules were sourced mainly from the Piriform Support Forum, with several sourced from other places around the internet
Instructions:
The actual file containing the definitions is not included with the program, but is instead downloaded by the program. Simply press ‘Download Latest’ and the tool will automatically download the most recent version of the definitions. If CCEnhancer cannot locate the CCleaner.exe file you can open a dialog box and select the page yourself.
