Making my own anime

Wanker Posts: 759 Joined: 24.11.11	Hi guise, I guess this is kinda a weird topic for a halo forum, but when I look at all the anime nerds (sry lol) and talented/creative people here I thought I could give it a shot. I have interest in animating and would like to start practicing in drawing/editing/animating. Ofcourse, I'm not planning on making a fancy tv show straight away since I'll work on my own and have little to zero experience. However, I really want to do something like this as my work and would thus like to get used to working with editing programs and such. Now I dont expect anybody to have experience with this, but can someone give some suggestions on professional (but easy) drawing, editing, effects or music (to make some cheap osts) software? I'm willing to put about €300 in equipment/software, for now. Also, should i draw then scan, directly draw on the pc or use one of these tablet thingys to draw and then connect to the pc?
