New Admins Added, Tweaked Phasor system, Removed some tele locations

New Server:
(pass-worded Server for the olde mates)

Follow rules on rules page. Runs Phasor w/o scripts.
Contains all updates to Alpha Server Aswell

(Adder, use web login for new details)
