Admin Posts: 6130 Joined: 20.11.10	Attention all ZA members: Please do not act on behalf of ZA when dealing with other clans. Also, do not act on behalf of other clans when dealing with ZA. All liaisons must have official approval from ZA and the other clan in order to share information. The reason for this: we share sensitive information with other clans, we look for certain qualities in liaisons to ensure diplomacy, trust, loyalty, honesty, and responsibility. Picking the wrong liaison or not being approved can have disastrous results with other clans. One of our very own, high ranked non-admins leaked my private SH Relations post directly to CnR. Instead of clarifying my meaning with me - he went behind all of our backs and caused a great deal of stress for leaders of both clans and lost the trust of ZA Leadership. He has been demoted, lost all clan access on the site, and is on probation. Should anyone feel the need to work with other clans on ZAs behalf, please get approval from a Leader, co-leader, or Master A first. Do not act on behalf of ZA without approval and notification first. You never know what kind of problems you will cause if you don't understand what it is that Leaders have planned for relations. Only the very-well-informed should be acting on our behalf, and there are few non-admins that are qualified to this. Please let this serve as a warning to everyone. There is a fine line between being on good terms with another clan, and acting on behalf of ZA. Being friends with any other clan is fine, sharing some tips or goings on about ZA is expected - but sending them information that is specifically placed in a members-only area is traitorous and will not be taken lightly.
