 I've seen El Jonan do this multiple times but wondering , is leaving before each round starts then rejoining at the begging so your never zombie allowed? Not including if your lms.

I've never seen him do this. Do you actually see the El Jonan quits during map vote? He has high ping it may be making him join the games a little later then everyone else though ive seen him as alpha zombie before.

I'd suggest you ask him to stop, change his team to blue if he does it again before banning.
