 What if the chocolate bars are very small? We never established the size/mass of the bars, so he could have technically eaten 145 millimeter long chocolate bars and be just fine.

We also never established the nutritional content of the bars.

Thereby this entire endeavor is based off of un-presented assumptions and is uselessly annoying.
