On April 25th, 2011 is a day dedicated to fighting depression. Where all days, you should do all you can to help people with depression. At least there is one day commemorative towards it.
This day is for people who are battling depression and suicide. This might not go away for one day, but the goal is to make people feel good. Even though we should be helping these people every day, at least help them on this one day.
On this day April 25, 2011 draw a heart on your wrist. This is to show you are having an open heart for everyone that day. Ask someone how they are doing. Tell someone that you love them. Because for those people who want to take their own life to end it. This little love that someone else cares, could fairly well stop them. This is a depression no one deserves.
So please take this challenge and do all you can for these people. This might end at the end of the day, but depression will not completely go away, so remember try to help all you can, even if its not on April 25th.
Because even really happy people could be doing horrible and all it can take is a few bad seconds to ruin it. So its estimated every 40 seconds, one person will commit suicide. So that is well over 2,100 people a day. That one person you save, can highten the time between suicides and you could save someone's life.
So please on this one day at least, show that you care. All you have to do is draw a heart, and ask someone how they are doing.
Also just so you know I didn't make this event, but its something I feel strongly about so I'm trying to raise its awareness.

I have and did yesterday actually, I was helping an old friend of mine get over a bf issue, she cut the word "Lost" right above her right ankle. I spent about $100 last night taking her out for a night on the town we ate watched a movie and bought her a few packs of cigs and dropped her off at home. this morning i got a txt saying thank you.
