Well, I'm pretty darn sure it isn't. But I pretty much explained it in my first post. Read my post and use brain.

Edit: Just realized there wasn't really junk taped on, 0x is used in hex to represent a space between characters. Herderp.

Just helped a friend on xfire decode my message. I had to give about 6 hints before he could figure out what I had done. No joke guys, that's a pretty tough message to decode. I'm happy to provide hints by PM.
