Lately I have been acting strange, probably like a jerk or an Asshole, because there has been a lot of things happening lately, well, there always is. I try to keep it away, but sometimes I just can't. I'm extremely sorry if i have said or done anything that has offended you in anyway, please forgive me. I will try to fix my problems, and not commit the same error. Thank you.

The Sharp toothed zombie
Brains, the sharp toothed zombie(zombie), had a verysharp tooth! And if you ever saw him, you better turn the hell around and run! Driving through the snow, in a one turret hog, shooting noobs all the way hahhaha. Making spent cartridges ring! Oh jingle bells and shotgun shells, running over noobs all the way. Blasting through the snow, in a one turret hog, pwning noobs all the way hahaha |

Ronald don't worry it's okay. I got hella shit going on through my life, and I used to make errors.
I would rage at people that would disrespect me on servers, but I learned how to control that. Try to find techniques to eliminate or at least reduce the stress or how ever you negatively feel. |

I used to have rage issues a few years back. You can learn a lot from rage.
Here's some tips, they might not work, but give them a shot.
•When you're getting pissed, remember, Halo is a game.
•If you start to get mad, just quit. Stress can make you rage- HARD.
•Focus on other things for a while, television helps.
•When you die and you're raging, type nice things. This psychologically deflates your rage, and if you make it a habit, it increases your general mood.
•When you're having troubles, don't be afraid to ask for help. Anyone in ZA will talk to you if you need a friend to back you up.
•Do any and all work before playing Halo- less stress, which makes for less rage.
•Saying nice things helps a lot. It makes other people feel good about themselves, and they will be nice to you. This will decrease stress, and decreases rage.
•When all goes wrong, laugh.
Anyway, I feel for you, Ron. Life can get pretty difficult at times, and it takes a real man (or woman) to admit that they are struggling. I feel for you, and you're in my prayers. If you need anything after I get back from GSP, drop me a line

We all have difficulties raging at others sometimes. I admit, I still do it, and I hate myself after I do. Everyone has their mountains to climb, but good on you for admitting it.

everyone goes through times in life where we get annoyed by someone or something at some point and get upset or stress out, but we all need to find the best coping strategies to help with the situation. one of the best strategies that works is start laughing - the laughing therapy. if you start to get upset or stress out try to find something you can laugh on, it will help you or you can just pretend to laugh- it will help.
