Why did the ZA clan steal ZA Smiley's zombie server/idea?!

Newbie Posts: 2 Joined: 08.06.12	My question is for all you lovely ZA people why, someone had the idea to steal ZA Smiley's zombie server? Now I know you will probably ban me ignore me and such from the sight but I have all the proof I need right on your servers. On your servers it is strikingly similar to ZA Smiley's server as such with the CR the zombies drop ammo for different guns and such. The only thing ZA changed was the @ ranks and such. I am banned perm from all but one ZA server so I do not know if you even do have @ ranks in some servers. So I would like positive feed back from at least more then 10 ZA members and at least 2 ZA admins... especially ZA Huggy of what they think of this? I also do not want a reply saying "We didn't steal ZA Smileys server, we remade it" but this statement is false. Also if you don't reply to this or if you ban me from the sight I will take that as the ZA clan did steal ZA Smiley's server. Thank you - Za Smiley fan

Just because smiley isn't in za anymore doesn't mean we stop using them. Secondly, he made his scripts public for anyone to use, so how could they be stolen? Thirdly, smiley was given credit for the work he did and he has never once requested that we stop or shown any interest in our use of them. Finally, if you're IE Falco, you will be banned again.

A huge piece of proof you didn't think of is this. He made his server with his mods and scripts.. He did make them publicly but did ZA ever ask Smiley to use the mods/scripts? If not then it is stolen if so it is not stolen. Please think before you post, and also.. how can I be banned again if I'm banned? mind blown
