This is a game where you try to use correct grammar & spelling.
This is a challenge for anyone who is used to typing simple letters like "u".
So, the question is....
can YOU use the correct grammar?
Try your best!

This sentence is a fragment.
I try my best to employ correct spelling and grammar whenever possible.

Yes, I can. In fact, I have written a little ditty to commemorate the clans arrival into the grammatically correct world of Adulthood. Welcome! It sucks here!
My noun phrase is connected to my verb phrase; my verb phrase is connected to my auxiliary verb! My prepositional phrase has another noun phrase! My prepositional phrase's noun phrase has an adverb phrase! I have a conjunction in my verb phrase, and my adjective phrase is connected to the noun in my noun phrase, too!!!
Taa-daa!!! I hope you enjoyed!

The bear went over the mountain to see what he could see.
The other side of the mountain was all that he could see.
So the bear went over the mountain to see what he could see.
The other side of the mountain was all that he could see!!!
Don't give a damn if it's proper or not. if the message gets through that is all that has to be said. i'm not some high-class caviar eating douche. ~laughing my ass off.~
Don't bare the name if you can't play the game!

I accidentally edited your post, Sarge, instead of quoting. So here is what I was trying to say before I failed.
ACTUALLY....
I have poetic license to do what I will with regards to my excessive use off the exclamation point. Being as my statements (prose) were grammatically correct, I have not failed this game. The song I wrote for the occasion of this thread is artistic; therefore, I am granted poetic license to emphasize the passion I have for grammatical and phrasal structures when composing songs. When poetry and prose are combined, the same "rules" do not apply to them equally.

I am very bad about being a grammar Nazi and so I have to strongly resist the urge to correct people on their grammar, especially on Facebook and forums like this. So if at some time we are playing on Halo and I correct your grammar, please don't take it personally...I just have to. That is all.

I've highlighted all the mistakes I found and the 'z' in 'emphasise' because I am British.

Hat, nothing you highlighted was incorrect, so I need a bit of explanation to accompany your highlights.

it was probably all okay but if you're being really strict then here's an explanation.
First highlight: the linking word, 'so,' is used at the beginning of the sentence when, technically, it should be used to link the two sentences together.
Second highlight: random word in the middle of nowhere, followed by several dots.
Third highlight: spelling mistake.
Fourth highlight: I just don't think this makes sense. You could say, 'Seeing as,' or, 'Being as my statements were, grammatically correct,' with the comma before 'grammatically.'
Fifth highlight: this one's probably okay but I think it would work better as a full stop and new sentence.
Sixth highlight: I am English so I spell it 'emphasise.' It's called English, it's our language and you can't take that away from us!

From http://grammar.cc...ctions.htm
First: The conjunction "so"
Sometimes, at the beginning of a sentence, so will act as a kind of summing up device or transition, and when it does, it is often set off from the rest of the sentence with a comma:
So, the sheriff peremptorily removed the child from the custody of his parents.
*
Second: ACTUALLY...
Would be the title of my response, which does not have to follow any grammatical function or structure.
*
Third: spelling
You're right here. It should be "of" and not "off."
*
Fourth: You're correct here. I was thinking two things and combined them without realizing, "Seeing as how..." and "Being grammatically correct..." came out as that jumbled mess.
*
Fifth: ;t
The two statements are so closely linked subject wise, they work better with the semi-colon than they would with a period.
*
Sixth:
I have taken a course called the History of the English Language and the University of Texas at Austin, and linguistically, American English is studied in comparison to British English, each English variant having its own stand alone features.
From Google dictionary
em·pha·size/g2;emfəg6;sīz/
Verb:
Give special importance or prominence to (something) in speaking or writing: "pounded the tabletop to emphasize his point".
