In this thread, i hope to clarify alot that i have been going this past week.
1. as you are well aware of several members engaged in server misconduct in a coordinated effort under the watch of Coke. while these actions have already been given alot of negativity and recourse.
2. i have watched the after effects unfold, taken counter measures to ensure no harm could of been had. and have gathered reports from as many parties that could be found.
3. i consulted all guilty on the matter & made a conclusion that will be at the end of this post.

I find you guilty of 2 counts of threats toward fellow clan members (BlackAdder/Star & alltheAbove), 1 Count of Disrespect, 1 count of Entrapment, & 2 counts of general Member Misconduct.
Being of the rank of Clan Leader & Founder (Prior to recent events), i sentence you to being stripped of your leadership roles until a time that you prove that you can lead a clan in a direction that is consistent with its own standards, rules, & traditions.
you will be demoted to the rank of Sergeant (No rcon). after 30 days, you will be given the chance to start administration training that all current admins undergo. you will not be given any breaks or credits because this is the equivalent of re-training from day 1.
Also, in the event you break another rule beyond swearing or blocking, you will be held liable for treason against the clan & will be terminated accordingly.

Given your rank i expected more out of you instead of following coke's bad example. but because you followed a leader i cant treat you as the head of the criminal empire so to speak.
since you have already been striped 1 star, i will not proceed to further execute a punishment.

plz use your heads in the future. if an idea is questionable, even if a leader does it, follow with caution or dont follow. obvious questionable conduct is generally not ok.

let this be a lesson that having fun has clear lines. crossing the line has its concquences, and i take all offenses seriously.

We already talked, so you know how I feel about you, and seeing as how you were being threatening, then minutes later telling me you're sorry, then the next day laughing at me again... I don't see that you've learned any lesson from the punishment you almost got, and now that you've been given this chance to improve, I don't see that you'll make this a learning experience at all. So I'm clarifying a few things that slim posted which I hope you take heed to, as we'll all be watching you very closely over the next 30 days.
He said for you to "repent" on the thread title, and I'm still waiting for your thread as well. You were unbanned for the sole purpose of posting it, so given that it is the weekend, I feel that you have plenty of time plus you've already had more than enough. If everyone else involved had the time and decency to do so, you as their leader should have been first, yet you still haven't proved to the clan that you're sorry. As far as all of us are concerned, you don't seem to care. If you do not do as slim said and as I said, the ban will come back into effect until the "repent"ance is ready for posting. I stand firm on that issue.
Next, you were charged with "disrespect," if you keep up the disrespectful xfire statuses and teamspeak conversations or za site content, you will break this contract via the "standards" held by ZA and be "held liable for treason" and will be terminated. So watch what you say and do, it might be miscontrued as disrespect. Even if you are not explicitly disrespectful, it will be held against you. If your attitude does not reflect the same improvement as your behavior, that will be considered disrespect as well. This standard must be upheld by you towards all ZA members, admins, leaders, and our server players. I will stand firm on that issue as well.
You have 30 days then are up for a "chance" at admin training. Depending on what I see the next 30 days depends on how I vote on the issue. If you wind up being voted in as trial admin, I will be doing some of the training. I will be requesting that you move from trial admin to limited admin with probationary requirements. So just so you know, being as disrespectful as you have been to me the past few days will not be tolerated under your 30 day punishment, trial adminship (if you ever get the chance again), or thereafter if you are given probation.
All of this, of course, is also effected by your level of activity. If you are not active enough the next 30 days, I will request that the time frame be extended.
I am telling you all of my intention now, and publicly, so we're all on the same page.
I understand all these issues and contracts with this.. I'm firmly aware of this..
My question to you is, why are you hating on me? I thought we had a firm respect for each other?
Plus, the PMing,Thread,Shoutboxing of me DEMANDING I post the apologizing thread was hypocritical. I'm trying to make this the best threas I have ever given. If I take my time to do this, I'm being sincere.

1. We have nothing of the sort. I have no respect for you. If you want my vote in 30 days, you have that long to earn it.
2. I am "hating" on you, as you so ridiculously put it, because you threatened me and my husband and I have every right to "hate" on you or anyone else that had/has/will have a vendeta against my family. You also keep laughing about the issue and me as if it is no big deal. Acting this way earns the "hating." When you show a better attitude you will receive a better attitude. You have done something to earn my "hating" and nothing to earn my respect. So that was a ridiculous question, almost as ridiculous as saying I'm "hating." I said nothing disrespectful to you in my post, that is what "hating" is, is it not?
3. I've not done anything hypocritical. I've never said I bad word about you on teamspeak, my xfire status is in response to you and it is factual info, nothing disrespectful, my shoutbox posts are informative, nothing disrespectful, and finally, I have every right to DEMAND (in all caps apparently) that you post an apology within a time limit. You were given a time limit by a leader, a "due date," if you will, that means you needed to have posted SOMETHING, ANYTHING with the appearance of an apology by then, yet you make excuses. You didn't even attempt to post ONE SINGLE PARAGRAPH of explanation with a "more to come" posted at the end. You just completely ignored me. ALso, DEMANDING something from you is not hypocritical, I do what is asked of me when it is asked. I don't think you understand what the word hypocritical means, because I've don't nothing that can be called such.
4. You are not sincere. Read my orig post, 1st paragraph. You've been working on this apology since... when? Certainly not the day you misbehaved because you weren't sorry then, you weren't sorry till you got caught (how sad is that). No wait, you weren't sorry then either, you were working on your "hitlist" and laughing about my pleas on teamspeak. So you weren't sorry then, no. Maybe you started it after you found out I could hear you on team speak? OH yeah, that's right, after you found that out, you asked to be unbanned to post your apology. Then I unbanned you and you never posted. THen the next day... nothing... next day... nothing.... right now... nothing! Not even one word. I actually have a legit excuse for me not posting this apology... Yes, I could of posted one simple paragraph saying sorry, but to me.. It's not worth it as I could prove many points and say many things in a thread.
As you know, I have SCHOOL! I'm there for over 12-15 every day.. I'm a Student athlete, in which I'm trying to get a sports scholarship.
Also, with that.. It's hard for me to play Halo on Weekdays.. But in which, i get a good 2-4 hours a day with it.. With the exception of the past 2 days. So, I show my activity as one of the most active in my clan.
Yes, I know you would of thought of me " DDosing " you.. But in which you overreacted. DDosing is not actually going into your computer files and destroying them. It's a process of which disables your routers connection for no more than 120 seconds. I would not attempt do this, since I know Slim would be on my ass for even attempting to. He told me that he's been guarding yours and aboves ass since I first made a threat towards above. Also, Prove to me where I said strictly " I'm going to DDos Star/Adder " I would like to know this. I understand that you may not like me anymore because of this, but don't even trip, I have others in here that do. Stop trying to take credit for me and adder. That's got NOTHING to do with the issues at hand. Not saying something "stictly" doesn't mean your intentions aren't clear. We had to do some ddos reasearch cause we're not assholes who do that, and we learned that some efforts can ruin the operating system. I haven't over-reacted to anything. Pressing charges on you would have been over-reacting. Demanding an apology to the clan for your fucked up behavior as "shawn" and banning you for threats and disrespect is not over-reacting, we do the same to other people regularly. Of course "it's all good" for you, you feel no consequence cause you aren't really sorry. someone that is "sincerely sorry" knows that it isn't "all good," lucky for you, you don't experience guilt, it is a horrible feeling. You have taken more time to post to me arguments which don't matter than it takes to say "I'm sorry ZA for leading some of our admins and members astray. I won't do it again." I don't understand how you can keep arguing that you deserve more time. Numpty lost WAY LESS than you and was not as high ranked, and his thread was perfect. So your excuses are lame. And using the time you were active but also plotting against za members doesn't really get you points for earning the Active Award.
So I've said what I needed and I won't say more. You're impossible to argue with because you refuse to accept responsibility for your actions. You accept the punishment well enough, but it means nothing when you are still laughing about it behind our backs.
So whatever. You don't deserve to be back IMO and your posts in this thread just keep confirming my opinion.
