 //First off, if this gets abused it will be banned once more

rules:

1. one must ban the poster above by name for a reason.
2. reason must be a reason
3. No replying to thread until after 1 full min has passed from the previous post.
4. of topic posts will be removed, and if enough happen thread will be locked and moved to the vault(again).


EX:

1stpost - dare ya to ban me noob

2nd - i ban "1stposter" for wanting to be banned

3rd, i ban 2ndposter because he has no signature

etc...



go ahead and start it up bastards, or don't Smile
