After what happened the past couple days, maybe I might want to tell you guys the actual truth. Because 95 percent of elevate's initial post in his thread about me and abusing, hardly any of it is true. here are some facts that are actually REAL.
For starters, he used to be a nice guy. He would get some kills, I would think in my head "nice" or so forth. There was no problem about it.
Then, as time passed on, he became more and more like shawn. Sometimes, he would say annoying things. He became more like shawn. This leads up to the past week or so. That's when he started complaining about mutes. He thinks my mute usage is abuse. That is the first lie. He also thinks kicking him is another abuse. That's another lie. And finally, when bagles banned him (first time) and then I banned him yesterday (second time), he thinks THAT is abusing. The ONLY thing I abused was sv_say. I am sorry for the abuse of it and I will only occasionally use it for serious things, or just use it every once in a while. But, one thing I have to say about it. I never spammed like 10 lines of one single command on sv_say in 5 seconds. Just saying that.
Whenever I say words that are normally blocked with regular characters/letters, that's me testing what is blocked and what is not blocked. (and has yet to be) Elevate mistakes that for me telling those words to him. I'm sorry if he found that offensive, though in the context I think he probably knew what I was doing and is now trying to use this against me. Perhaps I shouldn't have said these things or at least made it clear why I was saying them but I'd rather get them blocked now than have them used offensively later.
Not too long ago, Above posted a thread complaint about Elevate. He said that he might think this is shawn and for someone to alias him.
Another thing is, Elevate, I'm not trying to be mean to you, but you have been muted or kicked/banned for reasons, not for nothing. I - and Bagles, and any other admin, for that reason - have muted you, kicked you, or banned you for actual reasons. For one, you please need to be more respectful to the admins. That's my main concern against you. I may do things that I regret later on, but you take it the wrong way most of the time. You got annoying to me, lemonz, bagles, and anyone else that was there (Above was one of them. So was Luna.). You kept disrespecting me and bagles and whoever else. That's when we got so annoyed we didn't really mute anymore. I kicked you once and you lost it. You didn't use caps, but you used equal words to what could have been in capitals. We all agreed to ban you, but it wasn't in the server we said "ban him" all together. It was either here, in a thread, or over Xfire.
I hope you take this seriously and realize that you took me into false accusation.

Adder, I want to make a special part of this thread just for you. I'm not trying to rage or anything, but I think you should consider reading this.
For one, when you sent me that message on 9/11 (o.o), I wasn't on at the time. You only gave me a short period of time to reply to the guidelines. I wasn't really happy about this. I could get on for one minute or two yesterday, but that only gave me time to read the PM you sent me. Then, as I come on today, I re-read Elevate's thread. I read the part where you wanted to get rid of my adminship. I read the part where you agreed with Elevate in one of your last parts, that you think some of those screenshots were true.
That made me really unhappy. That was technically bullying me, if you actually think about it. Another thing I noticed is that you were impatient for me to come and actually READ your message. You didn't even let me speak for myself, to hear my side of the story. I couldn't even tell you before you took away my admin. You only gave me three days to reply to it, and I was busy with homework. If I were you, I would make that a little bit longer. But, being yourself, you wouldn't believe any of this, probably. Although it's the truth. You disappointed me. Very.

This is the truth. This is not a whole bunch of lies. I'm not very happy that one big lie took away of what was valued a year... or more than that. A year and a month on Sept. 18. I am only here to tell the truth. Maybe you will actually BELIEVE this. Elevate took things the wrong way. I do not blame him for this, I do these things too. But, I am not trying to defend Elevate. He has messed up. I may have messed up, but at least I know the truth. Thank you for your time.

2, Elevate is a whole bunch of shit. i belive you, and the whole me telling you to mute him is also a lie. like i said he is a Liar and a Hacker. i know this because i know the guy who created Cntrl Aimbot for Halo PC. ('Inspired). anyways i belive you, elevate also makes the server close when he pressses both controls. anyways he did lie. i said Mute Him after he constrantly said "F@G". i really dont wnana take this the wrong way. elevate has messed up 2 hasnt. elevate messed up just like i did in the past and im still sorry about that red. anyways please just give 2 hsi admin back (ill get on the aimbot stuff later with the proff) please he deserves it more than i deserve to be unbanned. thanks for your time.

Well... seeing that i'm on 99% of the time 2 is on and same with iElevate.
Elevate is-Blowing stuff out of proportion and tbh taking stuff out of context.
2- really hasnt used sv_say to spam he says some stuff, not usually. His hate language ive seen him use once or twice.
If saying one word one or two times is bannable then. . .
anyways. with that said im out.

Lang, yeah maybe i get mad when I get infected. I still try to joke around with that, people sometimes take me srsly though. oh, and btw, the pics that elevate took that I was saying blocked words on the server like fag, if you read my truthful post correctly you would know I was testing what's blocked or not. I'm a curious person like that.

Im gonna be a noob and say "gg" means Good Game. Granted having it spammed for 12 times is a bit too much imo
And as far as this whole situation goes, i think adder stripping him of his adminship and rank so fast like he did last night was a bit extreme. I diddnt even get to hear 2's story until now.. I would take 2's side over elevate after reading into both arguments. I feel it was wrong of adder doing this under such short notice the way i see about handling this is not to believe ether side until both have given their argument. after that sort it out should something not sync up or fall into place, check the logs because the server records everything we ALL know that.

I guess wat u guys r failin 2 c is that elevate or w.e was banned for NO Reason...
An admin cant just ban some1 for somethin he did yesterday or the day be4 or w.e. The exception of course is BoS
The logs were checked yesterday by smiley and he found that elevate was innocent. THAT DAY... REMEMBER WE R FOCUSIN ONLY ON YESTERDAY
Also i dont buy 2's reason for sayin bad words, and like i told him on a pm, other might not c it that way.
And also through the logs, smiley and I concluded that it seem that 2 was listen to lemonz thus showing that 2 can be influenced by others

I think 2 should have his adminship back. Everytime I played with him I never saw him abuse his powers or do anything bad. seriously. granted I havn't played that often with him but often enough.

Adder, 2 wasnt listening to lemonz. He was listening to me. Lemonz came up to me complainging that elevate was being an ass to him and 2 and bagles so i said to tell 2 that if elevate is really being that bad he can be kicked and banned for disrespect.
