 a new router will help but i really think its clockrate on DCE which is ISP side, your side is DTE. the DCE side gets the clockrate which is controlled by the ISP which determines your speed i think. the less money you pay the lesser the clock rate. if you want more bandwidth call your ISP and pay more to increase the clockrate.Sad
