Some of the cars are blue and some of the cars are on fire, are any blue cars on fire? Of course they are according to Raz, ask him, he knows everything!

HEY FARTYRAZ, I was gonna put something else, I forget what, but then I decided not to, and I forgot to put the "and", probably because of how much I was laughing at your stupidity.

Raz does have a point: "and" is the basis of interpretting the answer as yes, but it also leads to the ambiguity which forces an indecisive result.

USING THE COMMON GRAMMATICAL COMBO comma + the word "and" (some pens are blue, and ...) JUST REPLACES A PERIOD. THE "and" ONLY MAKES THE TWO COMPLETE THOUGHTS/SENTENCES FUNCTION AS A SINGLE COMPLEX SENTENCE. IT IN NO WAY ALTERS THE MEANING OF THE SENTENCE. I know this cause I'm an English major and had to take grammar and learn grammar cause I write a BILLION freaking essays, plus I am studying to be an English teacher. I have taken over 15 English classes and know my grammar inside and out. Your argument about "and" is rubbish. It does NOT affect the meaning of the sentence, it is a gramatical substitude for a period, that is all. True Story. To alter the meaning of the sentence from what I originally argued, you need a determiner, like "those."
Also... you used the word "some" in your question twice, some refers to something that it unspecified... how can anyone come up with a definte answer to a question without any definition?
Noob.

Raz got this riddle from an IQ test associated with MENSA. You all fail, and Raz is right. Unless your willing to question Professor 200 IQ. |

I'm very willing to question Professor 200 IQ, perhaps you could put me in touch? Maybe forward the details to Star?
If there's any logic behind your answer that you've failed to communicate thus far, maybe you could express it now.

You guys r right, CPT is annoying...
Anyway, you two say we're wrong, yet post no argument proving that we are. Based on the sentence structure and word choice of the riddle, I am correct, it is impossible to tell if any of the pens in the drawer are blue.
Raz, explain how we're wrong or imma slap you in yo face! |
