Haha i don't remember how to even get rcon working on my halo again without xfire.. I guess I will have to do some googling to find out. Server is up. Running fine. Keeping an eye on it for now just to make sure there are no signs on hardware degradation that could cause a problem.
I actually joined to server last night to try and get some people in but no one showed up unfortunately

I don't have Halo PC on this computer because I had to wipe it. Honestly I don't even know if I still have my old Halo key. I swear I had it on a document somewhere but I don't remember where is it.

I would play, but I have no way of inserting a disc. When I built this comp I intentionally left out a CD/DVD drive ;(

Smurft, it has to do with right clicking the halo shortcut, and i believe adding -terminal or such something in the target location box, after the quotes.

So this is the dealio.
Built this comp like a year ago (Jan 2016). I built this comp WITH a logical drive. I didn't buy the data cable till after I had already installed it. I was lazy and decided to just unplug the logical drive from the power supply rather than open the case. Because I know if i'd do that I'd have to do alot more shit in the way of cable management.
So if someone could hook me up with the install files, it would be greatly appreciated. Let me know now though. Because if not, i can hook up the logical drive. It's a simple fix that's going to take me less than 5 mins. But then I'll spend 3 hours on the wires ;(
