With the A version you have to pull more toilet paper towards you in order to get a good rip and then you have excess toilet paper hanging down, which, if you have cats, is a disaster waiting to happen. With the better choice, option B, allows you to access the proper amount toilet paper much easier without leaving much, if any, excess toilet paper behind. "Luceo Non Uro" means I Shine, not Burn
