 anybody can use clan chat if they have same tags, doesnt have to be ZA or FC

 Trial members can use clan chat. I was quite surprised when I was able to as a trial member. And no you cannot plot against higher ZA members in secret. All ZA sees the clan chat. If you want to do that send ur buddy in crime a pm to his number in game Pfft
