This is based on my flag capture idea but slightly different.
Well basically the gametype is CTF and only humans can pick up the flag. This means only humans can score flags. however, with every flag score you get bonus CR and a small perk like say 30 seconds of invis or 90 seconds of speed. This should tempt people not to camp and still give them their much wanted CR whilst still giving them a chance to get more CR with their perk. People will also be tempted to get a flag score just to get the perks.
Also it is OPTIONAL so you can still camp if you want. Best of both worlds for everyone if you asked me. |

thing is, if you can't shoot while you have the flag then you're pretty much screwed without help (and i'd rather not rely on others). You can drop the flag but it'd be easy enough for a zombie to return it, wouldn't it?

This idea has been proposed before. And it is a good one really. Just with the amount to fix the current "need" problems, this one is kinda on the back burner.

I like ur idea huggy but the only problem would be that humans wouldn't go for the flag after a while cuz zombies would just camp at the flag spot and wait for a human to grab the flag so they wouldn't want to die and just keep camping to get their credits

This, as well as human with flag dying, then another human getting flag near spot w/o doing anything risky.
Also small maps, specifically wizard I feel it would be very easy to get from one end to another and clear flag area with a nade or two.

clear the initial area before before you pick up the flag, then as u make ur run u can still melee and if u need drop the flag to shoot. as for the risk more than worth it if u get there.
and small maps the bonus CR would just be made smaller to compensate. problem solved. |

HMMM what about the flag guy with the flag has more speed? and the zombies can guard the base or where ever the flag goes to... so they can kill the human
