* expanded the old suspension system to use a warning system. 5 warnings & perma ban
* Updated Captcha, Password Security, & Admin Passwords.
* removed themes that failed to work well with the new layout
* Other minor crap that is unimportant

 I like some of the changes, But Im missing that little line between the Message and the Signature. For people with the damned poems like lemonz thats just horrible ill be half whay through it before i realize thats not even part of the message >.>

 Can you make the signature and post division line show up in the fire_ice theme if you get the time. I prefer that theme because it was like the old site.

Otherwise, nice looking updates. Good stuff.
