The fastest time I've seen around was 30 seconds. You have to move your hands ridiculously fast to get that time. My best is 38 seconds and that was super lucky.

How quick can you do it using that method? Doesn't seem like the fastest way to do it but it works.

That's not bad at all. That method is called the beginners method. It's what I'm used to using, but there are better methods. Keep working at it!
