I need Girl Advice

Okay, so this is where I need advice.
One moment I ask a girl out (Whom I really like). We had been talking on and off for well over a year before then. Out of the blue, I discovered that she blocked me on facebook. (WTF?!) Anyways there was never an indication that she never wanted to talk to me again. From the looks of things to be honest, it looks like she's pushing me away because she's stressed from a previous relationship in which she was apparently treated like shit. She's tired of trying so hard but having her efforts turn to dust. And she's "Used to not meaning anything to anyone" Is it possible? Maybe?
Other reasons:
1. She hates me and never wants to talk to me again (I can be paranoid at times, and frankly I am quite a pessimisr who expects the absolute worst)
2. It was a technical error
But honestly I do not know. I still want to be with this girl, but with recent events, I'm 9/10 of the way to giving up on her

Ask her if it's an accident or a technical thing
if not honestly i've been down that road and you don't want to take it
it sucks and all but I'd suggest trying to just move on

I think you tried your best and it's time to give up on this girl. I know you like her alot, and she's awesome, and you are trying to accept her for her flaws and insecurities, which is great - but you've given her dozens of opportunities to accept a date, reschedule, do the skype thing, and she's given you excuse after excuse. I think she's tried to give you the hint and since you won't take it, she's blocked you. Trust me, if a girl is interested there would be acceptance of a date in the past year, specially the past couple of months that you've really been trying.

I'll give her 1 more chance. After that, it's a "Fuck it", I've tried. I'll wish her well, hope she finds someone who makes her happy. And date girls closer to home.

I will try ONE LAST time. But not until my cold is gone so I can speak clearly. I will ask if she's interested at all. If not, I will bid her good bye and move on.

I think your last chance was the last chance. She's blocked you and you need to respect her space, otherwise that's harassment. I think if you keep pushing you are crossing a line. It is my STRONG recommendation you DO NOT try contacting her again.

Someone that's interested doesn't block you on Facebook. Plus, it's not one click to block someone - no way it was an accident. It takes 4 clicks to block a person. She's sending you a message loud and clear. I understand wanting to peruse her, but don't be that guy that can't take a hint.
