*H4 spoiler alert* Regarding Cortana

Hai guise 
First off: I am not a desperate nerd (atleast not desperate) who wants cortana back at all costs. In fact, I want her to stay dead, since that would be better for the story. However, this is unlikely to me since 343 said that the reclaimer saga will be about the relationship (no) between chief and cortana, and h5 is about chief searching for cortana for sure. Here are some of my best guesses:
1. During the events of h3, cortana made several copies of herself as distraction for the gravemind, so he wouldnt take her memories away. (<-existing info) However, he did obsess the knowledge and personalities of her copies, and thus some of the 'real' cortana. Now, it might be possible that gravemind survived the activation of I04B (since he also survived the detonation of high charity and possibly has the ability to teleport since he has precursor acknowledge) and that chief somehow has to take it from him with help from mendicant bias.
2. If you watch the part where ur-didact dies, you can clearly see a cortana clone jumping into the didacts helmet/neck, the same place where ai crystal chips are put into mark helmets. Since every forerunner had a personal AI (actually ancilla) she might have gotten into his armor. So maybe the didact survived the fall thru the composers accerlation portal and will use cortana against chief, since he showed envy by calling her an advanced ancilla.
3. The Librarian captured her genes in the forerunner artifact and turns them into a human being. (or she saves her genes and puts them in the domain, the same place the librarian's "ghost" is in)
Some other already existing theories:
Her memories got composed and turned into a knight or other mechanic thing, since she was present in the composer when it was active
A part of her is still in chiefs armor
She's still flying around in space, like 343 guilty spark after he died

Well duh. Cortana is still alive somewhere. Why would Fanfiction 4 kill of a major/main character like Cortana? Master Chief is on a journey in Fanfiction 5 to find mysterious on Cortana's revival.
^ What a simple dumb story by 343i. I will forever miss and love Bungie. 
My Halo ended at 3, as 4, 5, and the future non revealed 6th one are just a fairytale to me.

This theory is inspired by someone elses theory about a forerunner thing saving her using her matrix compiler and h5's teaser:
Mendicant Bias managed to link with cortana's AI matrix compiler since he might have acces to all forerunner systems including the ones of composers, which cortana was in. This way he could get her to a safe place/system (maybe the domain) before the detonation using Requiem's teleportation grid. In this way bias could give cortana acces to all the forerunner systems and knowledge, eventually helping her to recover from rampancy and get metastable, like mendicant bias (maybe chief would have to acces to the 'system' cortana is tped in using the janus key?). This would also match with the teaser, where john walks up to bias holding cortana's chip, because he can probally tell where she is or how she can be retrieved from the system.
