If you missed it, they left out the part about endowed by our creator. Sam Adams replied with this statement,
"We agree with that and try to adhere to these guidelines. While we understand your objection to the omission of the phrase “by our creator” in other circumstances (after all, they occur in the Declaration of independence which Samuel Adams signed and helped author) we believe it would be outside our industry guidelines to invoke those religious words in a beer commercial."

Its funny to me that the beer company itself is removing itself from a religious ideal, even though so many people who are religious think its okay to drink "responsibly". They do not want to create a company around this historical figure, if they did, they wouldn't leave out his idea on God and his relationship with Jesus Christ.
Its repulsing to me to see this disconnect from a founder of our great country and his morals.
The second paragraph in the Declaration of Independence clearly states the idea of a above all God and their belief in such.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
Creator is capitalized because they are talking about almighty God.
I am no one to say that they did not have the right to leave out "Creator", though, they are a capitalist-minded company and have the right to advertise as they see fit.. as long as it remains decent to public eyes.
It is just my personal opinion that they were wrong in doing so.

I think its overall bad. IF you are going to quote the Declaration of Independence, the document that founded our country and rights, at least quote it right. It doesn't matter if your religious or not, the declaration of independence should be an exception from these people who dont want to mention god.

There is a couple of reasons. One, as many others have stated many of our founding fathers were very religious of course hey would make mention of god. But there is another reason for including god in the document. One of those places is the part of endowed by god. If it was something else such as, endowed by your fellow man, a person, or by government, etc. What one gives one can so easily takes away. If it was endowed by any mortal power, they would have absolute power over us. We would be in there debt for granting us these rights, so that they would lord over us. Do we know god exists? Atheists would say no, but they have no absolute proof, a religious man would say he had faith but no absolute proof. The founding fathers made mention of god so that the rights granted by god can only be taken away by god. If god comes down to earth to take away our rights, i really won't care about my rights at that time because it will be a time of great peace. If he doesn't come, our rights are guaranteed not to be taken away! So the fact we cannot proof he is real or not, thus allows our rights to be granted without question.

It's completely fine. I don't take any offense to it. The beer is just a beer. It's not really desecrating the name of the U.S.A. like some other people do. (KKK, Neo-Nazi, etc.)

In a sense I do. I'm sort of an "agnostic deist". I am uncertain there is a creator or a God, but if a God does exist, he created us and left us here. He does not want our worship and ditched us behind. Simply put, God created us because he was bored.

I think that when the founding fathers created the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, etc. They had no idea of what kinds of cultural revolutions we would have in the future. More and more as science and free will progressed the more we thought of Religion as an "obsolete" theory. The founding fathers did not expect for these future events to occur.
Sure there are Christian references because this country's earliest people were Christian by majority. But even the founding fathers knew that Christianity is an excellent tool to control the masses, something that Jefferson saw from many other philosophers. (Catholic Church, Puritans, etc.)
