 Hey guys, i know there are already several threads out there, but i believe mine maybe a bit different.

All of a sudden i have been having major lag in ALL Halo servers. I have reset my modem, router, even computer! I don't know what is wrong. I have never had this problem before. The funny part is, my internet works fine on other sites ex: Facebook, YouTube, Guitar Center. The only thing i can think of is someone is jacking my internet. I don't have it password protected.

Help please!

 I'm not an expert, but work out what your latency is to most servers that you use, and adjust your connection accordingly.

 Uhhhh, go to a website like http://www.dslrep...st?flash=1 or http://www.speedt... and note your upload speed. Do the test a few times, with a bit of a gap between them, and take the lowest value.
Then go to Halo, Settings, Network Settings, Connection Type, you get a list like:
56k
128k
384k
512k
768k
Then round your number down to the nearest one of these, and select that one.
I think that might help a bit. Otherwise phone up your ISP and threaten to kill them unless they give you supa-fast internet.
