Do you guys think they are wrong for bashing fat people? or plus sized people?
Its pretty rude to put people with alil extra weight on blast.
I personally dont care lol. I dont like shopping at all. so yeah.

I think the guy's an asshole, but it WAS from an interview from 2006, and it was taken out of context. I don't think it should have been brought up again (except the company is douchy enough to burn clothing instead of giving it away. Fuck em.)

Yeah, I agree with Para. They should not ridicule people based on how they look, or the weight, because everyone is unique in their own way. It's sad that we live in such a judgemental society.

I think businesses have the right to sell to whoever they create a product for. If I created items that cater to people are plus size (like Lane Bryant where I personally shop), I wouldn't want ANYONE forcing me to sell to people who I am not creating product for. No one tells the Plus Size stores to include skinny bitches. I think this is one of those things that people CHOOSE to be offended by. So he doesn't like fat people - I don't like rappers and swaggers. We have the right to not like whoever we want. And bottom line - if you don't like A&F or it's creator, then don't give them your money. Give it someone who you DO support.

I agree with every word Star said. If they want to use that as their business model "who are we to judge"? Why do our views on beauty have to drag their's down? If you don't agree with their fashion statements then you don't have to buy from them.
This person on an article said it perfectly.

I hate when I'm in mall that I can smell this store a 100 yards or more away...and most of the clothes are stupid. Granted once in a while they have a somewhat. Cool jackets. |
