It's a ghost seat shark on BG. Gets its name from a different stunt, the shee shark, on gephy. There you would ram a shee into the rail to put most of it under the bridge (this being 'underwater' ) and a bit of it above, sometimes the whole top part (this being the 'fin' ). Ghost seat sharks look similar in a way and gets the seat name from the way the seat is inside of the ground.

the ghost shroom isn't drivable unless you put it in a wall/sloped surface where you can enter it and remain in it while it is upright. this never really occurs because the coefficient of friction between the shroom and the ground isn't high enough to prevent it from sliding down such a sloped surface. a ghost half-shroom, on the other hand, has proven capable of this feat.
generally speaking you can distinguish between seat shark and shroom by observing how low the ghost is in the ground. with a shroom the only part of the ghost that will be above the ground is the wings and the front of the hull between them, the nose of the ghost if you will. with a ghost seat shark the entire hull of the ghost is visible, and the only part that is not visible is the seat of the ghost.
