I don't see the big problem with letting joe be joe on the vet list and letting the new guy use the raven name. Heck its not really an issue to have a raven on the vet list and have a raven on the member list since joe was never really active in ZA in the first place.
And as Mist says if Joe really cares about it or whatever he can pm me with the issue. Otherwise I'm leaning towards letting this guy be named Raven. And again the name thing doesnt even seem like a big issue.

I'm for him being allowed to be raven.
Reasoning: unless he's one of those people who never gets on site, he's going to use the name more than a vet who doesn't post frequently or check site more then once every week or so.

If joe himself comes on here personally and says, he doesnt mind changing his name to joe, and letting this other guy have it, i would support it. But if joe says no, then its his choice, he is a vet, and has earned his right to the name. Carn, if joe would post on this thread, I am sure it would settle this all very quickly

Personally i'm fine with being on the vet list as raven, and him being a regular member as raven (or whenever the heck he decides to apply...he's sure taking his sweet time to apply...)
Why not have him use an alt code in his name so it won't quite be the same (and HEY harder to impersonate neat eh?)
But if you're both so deadset to use MY name I could 1v1 him on twl
