Good choice. Trust me, I'm starting to feel like killing the guy who is in charge of the anime as a director of the show. And no, he is not Masashi Kishimoto. Kishimoto only illustrates the manga and is not in charge of the animation team. But whoever the dumbass in charge of the anime is would always put 8 months of fillers in a year's time instead of following through the main storyline and plot. I remember last year the filler months went from February to like August straight, and then another filler month either in September or October. That's why I prefer reading the manga as it follows through the storyline without any shitty fillers and watching 15 minutes waste of time flashbacks in a short 20 minute episode..
Ikr.... I skip all the fillers and i totally hate the flashbacks.... In that sense the manga is better than the anime. BUT you cant get the EPIC 3 episode long fights in the manga because you can only get a few pictures. The anime is is also awesome and really well done and is super thrilling to watch and enjoy. The only complaint i have about the anime is that the english dub (US English version) is SO FAR BEHIND, i mean it is only at the point right after the Kage Summit (150 eps back of the Japanese version). So i have to watch naruto in crappy Japanese and read the sub titles which sucks but its not the worst thing because as i said earlier i get the cool fights and the thrilling story line. Overall i will watch Naruto any way i can get it because it is the ONLY anime i like.

Yeah, the filler was why I stopped watching it. Way too much of it...
I feel like if it's the only anime you like you must not have watched many good animes... xD Because there are some amazing anime shows out there (and the best ones usually aren't based on shonen manga in my opinion, except FMA).

And waiting till next week's chapter to see Kakashi and the resurrected Minato die in a fight against Madara, lol. And yes, Madara knows how to stop the edo tensei bodies without sealing them like the Shinobi Alliance team. If you read the previous chapters, look what had happened to the resurrected First and Second Hokages when they fought Madara.
