How I generate the lists is a secret. 
I'd prefer to remain unique in regards to the lists for awhile...
I wrote a C++ program that will create lists like that for me, but I don't tend to use it. More fun to guess than get a computer to work it out.
There's an H in it, yes.
The answer was zho - a Himalayan cattle, I believe. It can also be spelt simply 'zo', making it very useful for Scrabble.
