Honestly, I'm annoyed with these big corporations who are really in it for just themselves. Especially Verizon and AT&T who charge an exorbitant amount for their phone/cable services. Instead of embracing/promoting innovation, they want to ostracize start-ups, or competition so that they remain the superior ones.

Once the court voids the nondiscrimination rule, AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast will be able to deliver some sites and services more quickly and reliably than others for any reason. Whim. Envy.
