Motor City Strong Man Competition

 July 9th, 2013. I will competing in my first weight lifting competition at the young age of 24 years old (youngest in the competition) and at 5' 9" (shortest in the competition) to be the strongest I can be in my weight class of 200lbs to 230lbs in all of Michigan.

Current weights:

Bench Press -
315lbs for 6 to 8 reps
385lbs for max

Dead Lift -
405lbs for 9 reps
465lbs for max
MUST HIT 500LBS by the competition date

Squat -
375lbs for 8 reps
450lbs for max

Squat walk -
350lbs for 25 feet in less than one minute

Car Dead lift -
405lbs (Chevy Cruze Lift) for reps in less than one minute

Hercules Hold -
two 100lbs slabs for 45 seconds
MUST HIT 150lbs for 30 seconds by competition date

These are my current stats and I am always looking to improve
